We use the information we collect for the following purposes: • **Service Delivery:** Provisioning your broadband connection, managing your account, and providing customer support. • **Billing:** Generating invoices, processing payments, and handling renewals. • **Regulatory Compliance:** Maintaining subscriber records as mandated by DOT/TRAI regulations, including CAF retention for a minimum of 1 year after service termination. • **Network Management:** Monitoring network health, managing bandwidth, detecting faults, and applying Fair Usage Policy (FUP) thresholds. • **Legal Obligations:** Responding to lawful requests from courts, law enforcement agencies, or regulatory bodies (TRAI, DOT, or others) as required by Indian law. • **Service Improvement:** Analysing aggregate usage patterns to improve network capacity and service quality. We do not sell individual usage data to third parties. • **Communications:** Sending service notifications, invoices, outage alerts, and (where opted in) promotional offers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances: • **Regulatory Authorities:** DOT, TRAI, CERT-In, and law enforcement agencies as required by law or court order. • **Service Partners:** LCO (Local Cable Operator) franchise partners who assist in delivering last-mile connectivity in your area, bound by confidentiality obligations. • **Payment Processors:** Third-party payment gateways for billing purposes — they are subject to PCI-DSS standards. • **Business Transfers:** In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subscriber data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, and for a minimum period thereafter as required by applicable law: • **CAF / KYC Records:** Retained for at least 1 year after termination of service, as per DOT licensing conditions. • **Call Detail Records / Usage Logs:** Retained for 1 year as required by telecom regulations. • **Billing Records:** Retained for 7 years for accounting and tax compliance purposes. • **Support Communications:** Retained for 2 years. After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
