What is the difference between the Revenue Sharing model and the PIN model?
In the Revenue Sharing model, you earn 50% of every subscriber's monthly revenue (excluding taxes and AGR) — no large upfront commitment. In the PIN model, you as a Franchise purchase a committed monthly quota of subscriber PINs at a low cost, giving you higher margins and full control over your customer base.
What territory can I operate in as an LCO or Franchise?
Our service area covers Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Delhi NCR. In any city where an Instalinks Franchise already exists, new LCOs can be signed up under that Franchise. In cities without a Franchise, you can directly apply to become the Franchise for that territory.
Is there a minimum monthly commitment for the PIN model?
Yes — Franchise partners under the PIN model are required to purchase a minimum number of subscriber PINs each month. This committed quota is agreed upon during the onboarding discussion based on your area and customer potential.
What support does Instalinks provide to its LCO partners?
You get 24×7 NOC monitoring, eKYC-enabled digital subscriber onboarding, a dedicated partner contact, technical and field support, and full use of the Instalinks brand in your territory. We handle the backend infrastructure — you focus on customer acquisition.
How long does the onboarding process take?
Once your enquiry is submitted, our team calls within 24 hours. After the partnership discussion and agreement, onboarding and go-live typically happens within a few working days — the entire process is digital.
Do I need to invest in any equipment or infrastructure?
Instalinks handles the backbone network and connectivity infrastructure. As an LCO, your investment is primarily in last-mile cabling and basic networking equipment for your locality. Exact requirements are discussed during the partnership meeting.
